my future job

Since I entered Social Work, I have had many ideas in mind about what I would like to do in the future, but mainly I would like to work on issues related to people deprived of liberty and social reintegration, as well as childhood and adolescence . I imagine myself working in that field and in direct contact with people, although I know that I will also have to do research work, which is also important for Social Work. I would like to work in a Ministry and do public policy together with my friends haha ​​I hope we work together on something :)!

I would love to travel within Chile, travel from north to south knowing different realities. I would also like to travel outside the country, perhaps to do postgraduate studies in order to increase my knowledge and tools to intervene in society, but hey, for now everything is very uncertain and I don't want to get my hopes up haha. Regarding salary, I only hope to earn enough to be happy and fulfill my dreams, such as continuing to specialize and have a house to live with my Sami, it is known to the whole world that those of us who dedicate ourselves to social sciences will not earn a great salary so I do not expect or want great luxuries in my life.

my partner Sami

Hi everyone! today I’m going to talk about mi puppy Sami. When the teacher said that the topic would be free, I couldn’t think of anything else than Sami, he is what I love the most in the world. He came into my life in a really sad moment, when I was 16 years old and my older sister left home, I felt very lonely at the time. At that moment, my mom decided that with a dog maybe I would feel accompanied, so one day without notice, my mom told me I had to go for Sami to my grandparents’s house. I fell in love with him from the first time I saw him and since then we are inseparable.  For me, Sami it’s not my pet, I consider him my partner. We do practically everything together, we like to take naps, hugging, go for a walk everyday, play with his toys (and my socks), Sami accompanies me while I study and he doesn't go to sleep until I finish. a country you would like to visit: Cuba

Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to go to Cuba, it is a dream that I share with my mom. I like Cuba because I've always been interested in its history. Cuba has been a revolutionary country because it was one of the few countries that was able to confront american imperialism. Other countries took Cuba as an example to start their own revolutionary processes, even Chile, and that has always been very interesting to me.  I would like to visit historical places like “La Habana”,  "Plaza de la revolución" and take a picture with "Che" Guevara, go to "La bodeguita del Medio", dance salsa in salsa clubs and go to see the white sand and turquoise water beaches while enjoying the tropical weather. At the moment, I just want to go like a tourist, visit new places and hang out with my mom. But, in the future, I would like to live and grow old in Cuba .

The best concert ever

The best experience that I had was at the Frontera Festival, it was not just one concert, it was like going to multiple concerts at the same time!!! I was lucky because I went to that festival two years in a row: 2013 and 2014. This event took place in “Club Hipico'' I had to wait in line with my friends for hours under the sun but I can say it was worth it.  I was a little girl, I was fourteen or fifteen years old and at the time it felt like I was living the best experience of my life, I felt like a grown up, very independent jeje. Frontera was a latinoamerican music festival, that’s why I got to see and meet artists from many different countries and enjoy my favorite music artists like Anita Tijoux, Manuel Garcia, Movimiento original, Chico Trujillo, Dread Mar-I and Calle 13!! For me, it was like being in Woodstock jaja there were a lot of people in tents, lying on blankets, relaxing while drinking, smoking and eating (obviously my friends and I just ate delicious stuff :3)
